  • Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system you will be able to see information about your order.

    INTERNATIONAL

    Moffries is based in the USA. We ship worldwide! International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or other fees that may apply based on your location.

    Once your package has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for any shipping delays.

  • We do not accept returns, All sales are final. If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving. We inspect every item before it leaves, but mistakes do happen. If an item is missing from your order, get in touch and we'll make it right.

  • Custom designs are limited and processed on a first come first served basis. A deposit will be required to hold your spot. Contact us for more information.

  • Yes! We offer digital gift cards where you can select your preferred value. Gift cards are non-refundable.

    Keep in mind that discount codes cannot be applied for digital gift cards. Moffries reserves the right to cancel the order at any time should any of these policies be overridden.

  • It’s highly preferred to hand wash only. You can wash in a laundry bag on delicate or gentle cycle, then lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry, bleach or dry clean.
